Louie M. Curry: President, CEO and a principal in The Curry Companies. The Curry Companies are a diversified group of businesses including residential and commercial real estate brokerage, property management, development, construction, investment and insurance. The Curry Companies were founded by T. A. Curry Sr. and have been serving the eleven counties that make up the "Heart of Georgia" since 1902.

Phil Best: CEO and a principal of Premier Construction Associates, which provide Design Build, Land Development and Construction Management Services. The Premier companies build and develop commercial and residential real estate. Phil is also an owner and currently is the co-manager of Mid-State Investors, whose main purpose is to lease commercial and residential real estate.

Peter B. Millichap: Manager of Millichap Development Group, an Atlanta, Georgia based residential development company. Mr. Millichap is experienced in both the development of golf and non-golf residential communities as well as condominiums. Golf course community projects which he co-developed include Old Marsh Golf Club in North Palm Beach, Florida, Colleton River Plantation in Hilton Head, SC and Laurel Springs in Atlanta, Georgia. Non-golf course residential communities include Brightwater and River Mist in Atlanta, Georgia; The Grove at Cuscowilla, an exclusive cottage community located at Lake Oconee, Georgia; and Ocean Point in Hilton Head, SC. Condominium projects include Brigantine Quarters and Planters Quarters in Hilton Head, SC, and One Brookhaven in Atlanta, Georgia.

Michael A. Notartomaso: President of The Hilton Head Group, Inc. of Hilton Head, SC. The Hilton Head Group and its affiliated companies have been involved in the business of resort and community development in the southeast since 1976. Recent projects either completed or under-way include the redevelopment of a 7.8 acre ocean front condominium project on Hilton Head Island, SC; The Grove at Cuscowilla, an exclusive cottage community located at Lake Oconee, Georgia; and River Meadows, a cottage community on the New River in Independence, Virginia.
